Denis has received national and international recognition for his achievements in the field of Gymnastics and Aero Gymnastics.

Master of Sport of International Category.

Multiple National and International Champions of Artistic Gymnastics in Russia, a Member of Russia’s Junior National Team of Artistic Gymnastics, Multiple National Champions of Aero Gymnastics in Russia, 1997 Silver Medal World Games in Aero Gymnastics, 1999 World Champion in Aero Gymnastics.

Master Degree in physical education and gymnastics. (University of Sport and Physical Culture, Saint Petersburg, Russia)

21 years of coaching experience.

PGC is a privately owned gymnastics center operated and led by Denis Belikov and with 21 years of combined experience in gymnastic coaching. Here in PGC we offer children a wide variety of artistic, recreational gymnastics classes in addition to a comprehensive high quality Elite Level Training Program in a safe and family friendly environment.

At Professional Gymnastics Center we are excited to promote the sport of gymnastics by offering high quality instruction and equipment in all our classes. Denis are elite gymnast, multiple National and International Champions, Masters of Sport of International Category as well as coaches of State and Regional Champions of USA, Champions.

Hes experience as athletes and coaches speaks for itself, but our top priority at PGC is the treatment of our gymnasts. We train and encourage them to do well, while at the same time ensuring they are having fun.
