Birthday parties are available for girls and boys ages 4 and up, with activities tailored to the age and abilities of the children.

Dress Code

For the safety and comfort of all children, please follow these dress code guidelines:

- Hair: Must be tied back in a ponytail or secured away from the face.
- Earrings: Only small stud earrings are allowed.
- Footwear: Children must be barefoot while in the gym area.
- Clothing: Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement.
- Jewelry: All jewelry, piercings, and watches must be removed before participating in gym activities.

Rules and Policies

To help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review our birthday party policies:

A group release form must be completed and returned to PGC on the day of the party.
Birthday parties are available on Saturdays. Please leave your name and phone number at the front desk, and a member of our staff will contact you to schedule your party date and time.
Birthday parties are open to all children — your child does not need to be a current PGC member to celebrate with us.
Parties must begin and end on time. Participants should wait in the waiting area until the instructor invites them into the gym.
Only invited party guests are permitted in the gym area. Relatives or friends who are not participating in the party may not enter the gym area.
No shoes are allowed on the gym floor.
No food or drinks are allowed in the gym area.
Parents are not permitted on the gym floor unless directed by the instructor.
Adults (16 years and older) are not permitted to use any gymnastics equipment at any time.
Please notify us in advance if you plan to bring decorations for the party.
