Tuition & Payment Policy

At Professional Gymnastics Center, our goal is to provide a consistent and convenient payment process for all families while ensuring that your child’s class spot remains reserved.

Auto Pay Requirement

  • All customers are required to enroll in Auto Pay.
  • Auto Pay options include:
    • ACH (Automated Clearing House)
    • Credit Card
  • Payments are processed automatically on the 1st of each month.
  • Families must provide a valid credit card to be kept on file for online or office payments. This ensures timely payments and helps guarantee your child’s class placement.

Tuition Policy

  • Tuition reserves your child’s spot in the class, regardless of attendance.
  • We do not provide credits or refunds for missed classes.
  • Missed classes due to weather, emergencies, or other circumstances may be eligible for a Make-Up Classaccording to our Make-Up Class Policy.
  • If monthly tuition is not paid by the due date, your child may be removed from the class and their spot may no longer be guaranteed.

Late Payments & Fees

  • Late payments are subject to a $30 late fee.
  • Insufficient funds or returned checks are subject to a $20 service fee.

Annual Registration Fee

  • The annual registration fee is $50.
  • This fee is charged once per year on January 1st.
  • Annual registration fees are refundable only within the initial 2 weeks of enrollment.
  • If classes are suspended for more than 1 month, the registration fee will need to be paid again upon re-enrollment.

Refund Policy

  • All refunds are processed within 3-7 business days, regardless of the original payment method.
  • Refund requests must be submitted according to our policies.
  • After the 1st of each month, Professional Gymnastics Center does not issue refunds for that month’s tuition.
  • If you withdraw in the middle of the month, a refund cannot be provided because your child’s spot has already been reserved and tuition has been processed.
  • If our automatic payment system accidentally charges your card, the refund will be issued immediately on the same day.
