The USA Gymnastics program is an invitation-only competitive team. We take pride in having a positive, safe and state-of-the-art training facility to help each of our PGC team members to reach their full potential and learn valuable life lessons!
USAG is the ideal program for those who are able to reach the highest levels of competitive gymnastics and are looking to earn full scholarship to college, to be a vital component of a National Team or even strive to make it to the Olympics.
Our team approach and high energy atmosphere gives your child the physical abilities needed to succeed and will also teach your child to work hard, set and achieve goals. This is where athletes will truly mature as they learn to work through frustration and setbacks and to take risks. Your child will enjoy the benefits of success in a safe learning environment.
Future USAG candidates are selected to represent all the technical skills, coordination and body proportions expected to compete at this level. Candidates are often selected in preschool to form groupings with other children of like talent and ability.
The competitive team consists of compulsory and optional gymnasts:
Compulsory Levels 2-5 and Optional Levels 6-10
USAG levels 2-5 are compulsory levels and are progressive in nature, building upon the skills required at the previous level. The competitive season is in the Spring and finishes with the USAG State Championships.
These levels are the highest levels of the USA Junior Olympic Program. Level 6 and 7 are the beginner Optional levels with difficulty restrictions. Levels 8-10 have no restrictions in the skill choice. These are the levels where gymnasts compete for college scholarship.
This is a competitive team program and requires a commitment for the entire Sept-June season.
